Information notice for Data Subjects in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 1. Premises In accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), We inform you that personal data collected during the registration in the download area of the web site www.ictgroup.net, will be processed for the registration in the website, carried out by Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.a. as Data Controller whose legal head office is in Piano della Rocca 55023, Borgo a Mozzano (LU), (“Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti” or “Data Controller”) and carried out by the group companies. 2. Purposes of the processing The Personal Data may be used for the Following Purposes: - Permit and manage the registration in the download; - Carry out analysis aggregated through the information collected. The processing don’t require your consent in accordance with art. 24 l. b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code). 3. Data conferment Data conferment is optional, but if you not confer them or you confer such data in an incomplete or wrong way, we could not be able to make a correct processing. 4. Processing methods The processing will be carried out using electronic means and paper supports, respecting the principles laid down by law. 5. Data communication and dissemination The processing will be carried out by Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti collaborators as Data Processors and persons in charge of the processing. Your data can be communicated to the companies subject to Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated at point 1. The data processed for the purposes indicated at point 1 can be processed by third persons, as external processors appointed by Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti. In particular: - companies that provide services for the information service management; - companies that provide services for the website management. Your rights At any time, you can exercise your rights in accordance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 which is shown in full below, by sending a written notice to the address here below or an e – mail to privacy@ictit.eu 7. Data Controller Data Controller is Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.a. Piano della Rocca 55023, Borgo a Mozzano (LU). Data Processor is DGT Media S.r.l. with registered offices in Via Varallo, 22/A, Torino (TO - 10153). Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights) 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing. 3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
