1. Purposes of the processing
In accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR (Reg. UE 2016/679), we inform you that your personal data and the CV eventually attached, will be processed for research and personnel selection purposes, carried out by Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A. or by one of the companies listed below as Data Controller for the country you are advancing your candidature.

The processing of your personal data for research and personnel selection purposes is legally based on:
the necessity to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR),
the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) i.e. the interest to select and recruit new employees.
You can expressly add your consent to the data processing pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) allowing Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A. to retain your data up to 5 years, also if you are applying to ICT Deutschland GmbH or ICT Poland Sp. z o.o..
2. Sensitive and judicial data/ legally protected categories
We invite you not to provide us with special categories of data (data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sexual life, sexual orientation, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person) or judicial data (criminal convictions and offences or related security measures).
We inform you that sensitive and/or judicial data eventually conferred will not be considered and will be cancelled in the terms indicated in Section 4 and in accordance to general current rules provided by national Data Protection Authorities (e.g. by the Italian Data Protection Authority: “Authorisation n. 1/2013 Concerning Processing of Sensitive Data in the Employment Context”).
3. Data provision, contractual consequences of non-conferment of DATA
The provision of your CV and related data is necessary for the activities leading to eventually obtaining a position at Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A. or other companies belonging to the group.
Data conferment is optional, but if you do not confer them or you confer such data in an incomplete or wrong way, we could not be able to make a correct processing.
4. Processing methods and storage period
The processing will be carried out using electronic means and paper supports. If you will not be selected for a following interview in the context of a specific selection, your personal data and your
CV can be stored for five (5) years to consider your candidacy in the future. After five (5) years, they will be deleted, unless you express your contrary will at any time and your choice is coherent with the Data Controller legitimate interest. At the end of the storage period, your personal data and your CV will be deleted. Furthermore please note the following:
with regard to ICT Deutschland GmbH the storage period will be limited to six (6) months
with regard to ICT Poland Sp. z o.o. your personal data and your CV will be deleted immediately after the recruitment process is completed, unless you have consented to the data processing pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) allowing to retain your data up to 5 years. In this case, your personal data and CV will be deleted after 5 years or earlier withdrawal of your consent.
5. Data communication and dissemination
Your data will be forwarded to the Data controller for the recruiting country(ies) you have selected. The processing will be carried out by the company selected for you candidature; by collaborators, Data Processors and persons in charge of the processing. Your data can be communicated to Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated at point 1.
The data processed for the purposes indicated at point 1 can be also communicated to external companies, which can collaborate with the companies listed in section 1 for purposes related to the selection process. The data processed for the purposes indicated at point 1 can be processed by third parties, as external processors appointed by Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A. or by the companies mentioned at point 1.
In addition, data can be communicated to:
companies that provide information service management;
companies that provide services for the website management;
companies that provide recruiting and selection services.
For more details on Data Processors you can send a request to the Data Controller. Your personal data will not be publicly disclosed.
Please note that applications selecting Germany as a recruiting country will be forward to ICT Deutschland GmbH, which is the Data controller and the company responsible for reviewing the documents and making a recruitment decision. ICT Deutschland GmbH will provide you with a further information notice as soon as it will receive your application.
6. Your rights
At any time, you can exercise the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability in accordance with Art. 15–20, GDPR. You can exercise these rights by sending a written notice or an email to the company listed under section 1 you are proposing your candidature.
You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the country you are proposing your candidature according to Article 77 GDPR.
