ICT Ibérica and the Alcoraz Foundation for reforestation with "Juega tu papel"
The Alcoraz Foundation and ICT Ibérica, through our Foxy brand, have launched the initiative 'Juega tu papel'. This is a reforestation project that aims at repopulating three hectares, one in Huesca, one in Zaragoza and one in Teruel, with the help of an important sports club in each province of Aragon.
To this end, ICT Ibérica and the Foundation collaborate with three sports organisations: the football team S.D. Huesca, the basketball team Casademont Zaragoza and the volleyball Club Voleibol Teruel, which will support this initiative
The aim is to improve several green areas in the region, contribute to the protection of the Ebro river basin, help restore the soil and create windbreaks to protect the crops. In this way, everyone will play their part in the fight against global warming, and social awareness initiatives will be carried out in schools through environmental education.
Reforestation has been taking place since last November – with different plants and trees suitable for the specific areas – in three Aragon locations (Alagón, Siétamo and Calamocha), with CO2Gestión as supplier of the gardening services required for the project.
'JUEGA TU PAPEL' IS A CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTION

ICT Ibérica takes part at the VII Carrera de Empresas ESIC
For the third year in a row, ICT Ibérica lent its support to participation in La Carrera de Empresas de ESIC by registering all personnel interested in taking part and by providing everyone with a Foxy team T-shirt.
The goal of this event is to promote team values among colleagues and to make sports and their benefits to health a part of corporate culture, reinforcing the shared values of the world of business and that of sports, such as effort, sacrifice, personal improvement, team work, and fair play, to name but a few.
The 8 km race took place on 19 December, with the participation of approximately 4,000 people from various companies and the public administration.
A total of 23 workers took part, divided into 4 men’s and 2 mixed (men and women) teams, alongside 5 colleagues who participated individually.
All participants expressed their enthusiasm for the day and their desire to do it all once again this year.
Team Foxy 4, made up of Pablo Gil, Javier Álvarez and Ginés Tolón, came third in the Men’s Team category and finished with a total time of 28.21 minutes. Well done, champions! And thanks to all runners for having taken part and for their effort.
ICT France and ICT Iberica are rewarded for their performance
Carrefour France, a major player in European distribution, awarded ICT France and ICT Iberica for their highest quality of deliveries to its warehouses since the beginning of the Covid crisis.
ICT France's Supply Chain Director, Eric Grousseau, had the privilege to receive this award on behalf of ICT.
As pointed out during the presentation of the prize, this performance is all the more remarkable since it was achieved while the health crisis severely penalized deliveries to Retail Chains ; ICT France and ICT Iberica obtained a service rate of 99.6%. As Carrefour pointed out, this is the best rate of all the companies producing the Carrefour brand.
“Congratulations to the Supply Chain teams of ICT France and ICT Iberica who have implemented agility and flexibility for our customer.”
