Thoroughly washing one’s hands is not enough; hands must also be properly dried
Hand hygiene is essential for health: thoroughly washing one’s hands is not enough; hands must also be properly dried. In depth studies conducted by the University of Westminster, sponsored by ETS – European Tissue Symposium – show that hand towels, such as disposable tissues, are to be the preferred choice in restrooms to assure better hand hygiene, and to reduce to a minimum the possible spread of viruses, germs and bacteria. This choice is not only recommended by us, but more importantly, also supported by the World Health Organisation.
