First 6sigma promotion by ICT Ibérica
For several years now, we have been using the 6Sigma methodology to evaluate how we can improve our processes, along with an in-house training programme as part of this methodology. We have created the first “Green Belt” ICT Ibérica Promotion for the development and application of these methodologies. Our team of experts is currently analysing projects aimed at improving safety and sustainability and at reducing costs. We at ICT Ibérica firmly believe in and are committed to the professional growth of our staff.
ICT IBÉRICA obtains IFS HPC certification
We have obtained the IFS HPC certification, which guarantees product safety, transparency and traceability. The certification process involved all ICT Ibérica staff, who are well aware of the importance of quality for customer satisfaction. With this certification, we are now getting closer and closer to our goal: becoming a global leader in the tissue sector and a reliable partner for our customers and consumers
Lubusz Business Leader
We are proud to announce that our company ICT Poland ranked second in the large companies category at the 10th edition of the Lubusz Business Leader (Lubuski Lider Biznesu) competition. On the occasion of this major event, we also received an award, as a recognition for being one of the five companies that participated in all the previous editions of the competition. Being part of such a prestigious group is a huge satisfaction for us and we are very grateful to have received this award.
Welfare in support of education
ICT strongly believes that education and training are key to personal and professional growth. With this is mind, this year, in Italy, the company once again offered tangible support to the studies of its employees’ families, contributing towards the purchase of school textbooks and refunding university fees and transport costs.
The Foxy campaign at Géant Casino
Some of Foxy’s best selling products have been available at Géant Casino for a while now. An in-store communication campaign has been developed to introduce Foxy Soie and Foxy Abso Ultra to the hypermarket’s customers. Each month a radio message was aired and Foxy shelf-talkers were placed to encourage consumers to try Foxy products and possibly switch to them
An environmentally sustainable choice
Biological wastewater treatment plants have been successfully set up at the paper mills of Piano di Coreglia and Piano della Rocca. The fact that excellent results in terms of pollution abatement have been achieved since the plants were put into operation demonstrates the effectiveness of the technology used. These plants, based on MBBR technology combined with a final microfiltration step, are designed to discharge wastewater with parameters well below the limits set by the new EU standards.
19th Trofeo Industria
Yes, we fun! The ICT team certainly could not miss the 19th Trofeo Industria, the cycling race organised by Confindustria Toscana Nord, with the participation of companies from the provinces of Lucca, Prato and Pistoia. Our employees did their best, as always, proving once again that together we make a great team: congratulations to everyone!
ICT France at the “No Limit Race” in Orléans
Success at ICT Group is largely due to the efforts of all of the teams who work closely every day, by respecting and trusting each other. The business invests and engages in various Team Building activities to keep this spirit alive and boost it even more. In France, a team made up of several ICT co-workers participated in the “No Limit Race” obstacle course organised in Orléans (Loiret). Most of the 7 kilometres covered by our co-workers involved trudging through mud and the entire team had to overcome great obstacles, testing their strength and courage. A cheerful mood and joy prevailed throughout the entire day, every team member encouraged the others, helping each other all the way to the finish line. “All for one and one for all”, a motto that underlies ICT’s values. Active listening to grow together
ICT Poland, with the help of an external company, carried out a climate survey among its employees. Of the company’s 504 employees, 467 chose to participate in the survey, which was optional and completely anonymous. We consider this to be a positive result which confirms the high levels of involvement of the ICT team. The overwhelming majority of participants in the survey (95%) said they were happy to be working for ICT Poland. We also received useful suggestions that will allow us to address issues where there is room for improvement. At ICT Group, we firmly believe that listening to our employees is a key contributor for common evolution and growth.
